Project Development Phases

The 6 stages of every project are:

  1. Enthusiasm.
  2. Disillusionment.
  3. Panic.
  4. The Search For The Guilty.
  5. The Punishment of the Innocent.
  6. Accolades for the Non-Participants.

After 4 years of software development experience, I can say with much confidence that this is highly accurate.
